Fall 2026 Kids & Teens Classes

Beginner Baking (Ages 6-16), 1.5 hours in length
Hands on baking from simple to more advanced techniques focusing on gluten and how it works in developing the perfect baked good! Classes will be limited to 6 students and will be taught in a one-room schoolhouse style approach to accommodate various ages in the kitchen. Students are welcome to sign up for all classes to secure their spot or pick and choose which class they prefer. Classes planned are:
- Flatbreads
- Cookies
- Pretzels
- Cinnamon Rolls
- Cupcakes
Classes will be held at our home bakery in the Highview area of Louisville. The address will be sent to you after registration. Each class will be approximately 1.0 to 1.5 hours in length. Parents are welcome to stay for the class. Cost includes food and supplies.

*Please note that classes with 2 or less students may be cancelled or rescheduled.
*Because of our small group size and the planning that is required for our classes, refunds will not be issued unless we are able to fill the seat from the waitlist. You are able to gift your seat to someone of your choice or donate your seat. Please double check your calendar before registering.
