Holiday Sourdough Bread

This Christmas we are offering a few of your favorite breads in the form of focaccia breads! Focaccia breads are a flat fluffy bread and can be made in a variety of flavors.  Focaccia can also be used in a variety of ways: sandwiches, dipping bread, toasted bread, and any creative way you choose. We love the classic version with olive oil and sea salt but we also love ALL the flavors.  Our sourdough bread is naturally fermented with only three base ingredients: flour, water, and salt.  We then add in flavor inclusions such as jalapeno & cheddar cheese, olive oil, herbs, etc to customize each loaf. Give it a try this holiday and add some flare to your festivities!
